Seeing the design render I’m very surprised that they haven’t incorporated height/pivot/tilt into the iMac stands yet.

Auto landscape and portrait rotation similar to an iPad but in an iMac based on its stand? That would set it apart from all other all-in-one computers.

They would just have to design some sort of switchable active cooling so the cooling doesn’t degrade when rotated sideways. Then they’re good to go!

I really hope to see this design for the display in both the new monitor and all iMacs. Would be hard to justify replacing my g-sync displays but it would be so clean!
